ELMSFORD, NY (March 22, 2007) - Dr. Sadeg Faris was invited by the African Union to participate in the prestigious Congress of African Scientists and Policy Makers in Alexandria, Egypt in October, 2006. The title of his speech was “Technology Sovereignty for Africa.”
Dr. Sadeg Faris was invited by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China to participate in the U.S.-China Science and Technology Policy Forum held in Beijing, China in October 2006. Dr. Faris spoke on the topic, “How Pioneering Innovations Close Technology Gap, Achieve Technology Sovereignty & Lead to A Stable, Harmonious Relationship between People.”
Dr. Sadeg Faris was invited to speak at the Third Annual Meeting of the STS Forum in Kyoto, Japan held in September, 2006. The topic of his speech was “Building IP Capacity and Technology Sovereignty in Developing Countries.”
